A Restraurant with Istrian specialties is in the vilage, the next market only 2 km away. The house offers up to 8 people all comfort in a private atmosphere, private pool with a large garden and barbecue area. The modern house has on the ground floor a large living and dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and a sofa bed. The very well equipped kitchen with bistro bar invites you to cook together. The pleasantly furnished bedrooms are distributed on ground floor and first floor and all have their own adjoining bathroom and SAT TV. On the ground floor is another guest toilet. The outdoor pool with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and garden furniture gives you the opportunity to relax. In the new summer kitchen with the large barbecue you can prepare delicious meals, which you may enjoy on the terrace. On the fenced grounds are parking lots. The trampoline with its positive effects on body and soul completes the whole.

Die Villa Contessa wurde 2017 erbaut und liegt in dem ruhigen Dorf Kosinozici, nur 3 km von Poreč und seinen Stränden entfernt. Ein Restraurant mit istrianischen Spezialitäten ist direkt im Ort, der nächste Markt nur 2 km entfernt. Das Ferienhaus bietet bis zu 8 Personen jeglichen Komfort in privater Atmosphäre, einen eigenen Pool mit großem Garten und Grillbereich. Das moderne Haus hat im Erdgeschoss einen großen Wohn– und Essbereich mit Kaminofen, SAT-TV und eine Schlafcouch. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Bistro-Theke lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. Die angenehm eingerichteten Schlafzimmer sind auf Erdgeschoss und ersten Stock verteilt und haben alle ein eigenes angrenzendes Bad und SAT TV. Im Erdgeschoss befndet sich ein weiteres Gäste WC. Der Außenpool mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen, Außendusche und Gartenmöbeln gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit sich richtig zu erholen. In der neuen Sommerküche mit dem großen Grill lassen sich köstliche Mahlzeiten zubereiten, die Sie auf der Terrasse genießen können. Auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück sind Parkplätze. Das Trampolin mit seinen positiven Effekte auf Körper und Seele rundet das Ganze ab.
